I called Action TV Service Center the night my 60 Inch Sony TV broke and they gave me an appointment for the next morning.
The technician Lou came and fixed my TV in a few minutes.
He found the problem quickly and was very professional.

My Big Screen TV would no longer turn on.
Action TV had a service man come to my home and replace the lamp and now the TV is working great .

In turning off my TV, I by mistake pushed the ON/OFF button so hard, it indented inward and disappeared. I called 411 to ask for a local TV repair man and was connected to Action TV Center. Lou answered the telephone and heard in my voice my distress, assured me he would be available to accommodate my work schedule and agreed to come the following day within a window most convenient for me. Lou displayed ; kindness of comfort and professionalism in his attention, both of which are so rare in service business, today. Lou repaired the job in little time and the Invoice was ever so reasonable. Not only do I now have ON/OFF button working again, but an ON/ ON in who to trust with service of this nature, in the future. Bless you Lou !!!
